Is this a monthly subscription service?
No. There’s no monthly fee and no contract. You purchase a time block when you need design help, and your hours stay in your account until you use them.
Do you offer one-time projects, or only time blocks?
We can absolutely help with one-time projects. The difference is we still run everything through our time block + portal system so the process stays fast, organized, and consistent. Book a 15‑minute strategy call and we’ll recommend the right block (or a custom block) for your project—paid upfront, set up once, same great service as every client.
What kinds of things do you design?
Anything that supports sales and marketing—capabilities brochures, line cards, product sheets, trifolds, flyers, postcards, business cards, sales decks, trade show graphics (banners, backdrops, signage), and updates to existing materials. If you’re not sure whether your project fits, ask and we’ll point you in the right direction.
What can I use my Time Block for?
Anything you’d normally hire a designer for—capabilities brochures, line cards, product sheets, trifolds, banners, sales decks, business cards, updates to existing files, and more. If it supports sales or marketing, it’s fair game.
Can you help with copywriting and messaging?
Yes. We can polish your existing copy or help you shape clear, professional messaging that fits your audience. If you only have rough notes, we can work from that too.
Can I use my leftover hours for another project?
Yes! And that’s one of the best parts of the time block model. Use leftover hours for another design request, a refresh, an update, or any other marketing asset you need.
We are your on-demand design team!
Will I get finished files?
All finished files are safely stored in your client portal. By default, we provide print-ready PDFs. Editable files such as InDesign or Illustrator files can be included upon request. Just let us know what format you need.
