Do I have to supply all the artwork?

No. We have vast libraries of professional stock images, graphics, icons, and infographics. We can also customize graphics to fit exactly what you need.

What if I don't like my design?

We have a satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like your first design, we will create a new design and no extra charge so you have nothing to lose.

How do I view my design proof?

We will email a link that gives you access to your design proof. Share the link with your team. Anyone can make comments, which are shared in real-time.

How do I make revisions?

Providing feedback on your design proof is a breeze. Simply use the markup tools to draw annotations on the design exactly where you want. Make comments to explain exactly what you need revised, and even attach files. The process is simple and used by our clients all over the world.

How many revisions can I make?

You can make as many revisions as you need to make sure your design is exactly what you want. Our expert team will work with you every step of the way to make sure the changes are appropriate and effective.

How do I approve my design?

When you are happy with your design you can make the decision on your proof of APPROVED. One-click and you can approve.

We have a satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like your first design, we will create a new design and no extra charge so you have nothing to lose.

What happens once I approve?

Once you approve we will invoice you for your final balance for the project. After you process that payment, we will move to either, printing and/or delivery of your design files.

We produce excellent quality using modern Heidelberg offset printing presses that are also environmentally conscious.

Do I have to order printing?

You do not have to use our printing services. We will always deliver your design files to you in a print-ready format.

What is the minimum order for printing?

This depends on what you are printing. Typically the minimum is a quantity of 250 but we also have options of 100 or less. We will let you know what the quantity options are and the costs.

What paper do you use?

We use high-quality paper and professional printing presses that use the highest standards and finishes. We can discuss your paper options when you start your project.
