In no time, you get an email with a link to look at the initial concepts of your new brochures. You can review your proof, make comments, attach files, share with colleagues, or markup your design with our easy-to-use markup tools.

What all can you design?

We specialize in print design from brochures to business cards and pocket folders to sales flyers. But we also can design tradeshow displays, logo design, and even websites and social media graphics. Posters, mailers, custom brochures, magazines, and multipage catalogs and booklets.

Do I have to supply all the artwork?

No. We have vast libraries of professional stock images, graphics, icons, and infographics. We can also customize graphics to fit exactly what you need.

What if I don't like my design?

We have a satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like your first design, we will create a new design and no extra charge so you have nothing to lose.

You give us feedback

Every comment and markup you make on your proof we see in real time. You can attach files, tell us changes needed, ask a question or give us praise—sure, don’t be shy. More importantly, we are more than simple order takers. We offer professional feedback and advice. We collaborate until your design becomes the best it can possibly be.

How do I view my design proof?

We will email a link to give you, and anyone on your team, access to the design proof. Anyone that views the proof can make comments on the proof using the markup tools.

How do I make revisions?

Once you are viewing the design proof, you can use the markup tools to make comments, show exactly what you want revised, and also attach any files. The process is simple and used by our clients all over the world.

How many revisions can I make?

You can make as many revisions as you want to make sure your design is exactly what you want. Our expert team will lead you every step of the way to make sure the changes are effective.

Once you approve, we deliver your files and get your design into print production. We take care of the design, printing, and delivery so you can continue running your business knowing we got everything in control. This stuff looks good!

How do I approve my design?

When you are completely happy with your design you can make the decision on your proof to APPROVE. One click and you can approve.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

We have a satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like your first design, we will create a new design and no extra charge so you have nothing to lose.

What happens once I approve?

Once you approve we will invoice you for your final balance for the project. After you process that payment, we will move to either, printing and/or delivery of your design files.

Do I have to order printing?

You do not have to use our printing services.

What is the minimum order for printing?

This depends on what you are printing. Typically the minimum is a quantity of 250 but we also have options of 100 or less. We will let you know what the quantity options are and the costs.

What paper do you use?

We use high-quality paper and professional printing presses that use the highest standards and finishes. We can discuss your paper options when you start your project.

3 to 8 business days on most products. Rush options are available.
